Mechanical Processing
We have machines that allow mechanical and manual processing of details with complex shape, as well as pipes, square profiles and others. This type of treatment is recommended not only for visual and aesthetic purposes, but also to improve the quality of subsequent porcupines.
We offer several types of machining, allowing different subsequent effects of the details:
- Polishing - mirror effect;
- Satin (trimming) - brushed effect up to different size of the abrasive grain;
- Preparation of details for powder coating;
- Galvanic coating - chrome, nickel, galvanized, etc .;
- Blasting - sand, perl, etc
Mirror effect and satin (creasing) is made of stainless and carbon steel, aluminum, brass, copper and more.
