Designs and Мanufacture
R&D Inox Ltd. designs and manufactures structures for the needs of solar parks. We develop our own designs, but we also work according to the client’s order.
Each structure is tailored to the installation region and a simulation is made in ANSYS against the specific Eurocode loadings for the region.
Each construction has a EN1090 certificate.
We have our own machine park and warehouse, which guarantees quality, as well as a short and flexible production time. We have roll forming machines for C, Z and U profile such as a machine for Ω profile.
We work with European materials like S350GD+ZM or DX51D+ZM
SYSTEM FEC.01 for MONOFACIAL PANEL
- Placement – 2 rows, portrait;
- № panels (for table) – 6,10,18,24;
- Anglе – from 20° to 35°;
- Driving – from 1м to 1,5м;
- Material – S350GD+ZM or DX51D+ZM;
- Fastening panels - with bolts.
Standard construction for monofacial panels, easy and quick for assembly. The system accommodates the imperfections of the terrain by having offset openings at the assembly points.
The assembly of the panels is through bolted connections, on the underside of the panels.
SYSTEM FEC.02 for MONOFACIAL PANEL
- Placement – 5 rows, landscape;
- № panels (for table) – 15;
- Anglе – from 20° to 30°;
- Driving – 1,5м;
- Material – S350GD+ZM or DX51D+ZM;
- Fastening panels – with clamps.
System with 4 legs and 15 panels, clamped with solar panel brackets.
Can be used and for ByFacial panels.
Comfortable on rough terrain.
Easy and quick installation.
SYSTEM FEC.03 for BYFACIAL PANEL
- Placement – 4 rows, portrait;
- № panels (for table) – 8, 12, 16,;
- Anglе – from 20° to 35°;
- Driving – from 1м to 1,5м;
- Material – S350GD+ZM or DX51D+ZM.;
- Fastening panels - with bolts;
- Shading - < 5%.
The system allows installation of ByFacial panels with minimal shading of the lower side of the panels. The elements are located in the middle of the panel where are no cells on the panel. The assembly is with bolted connections on the underside of the panel.
